About

My name is Amanda Guzman Ramirez

As a wellness coach I help individuals who are trying to make huge changes to improve their health and wellness. All while focusing on the changes that are the most impactful for them.

 

Working with me, clients will learn how to use their own strengths and resources to implement complex and overwhelming treatment programs given to them by their providers.

 

By learning more about themselves and their own unique path to wellness they gain the confidence that they have the tools to overcome obstacles in their way.

 

My unique approach to coaching focuses on the interconnectedness of all areas of our life and the importance of considering how changes will ripple through all areas. This will allow clients to implement changes that initially seemed difficult but allowed them spend more time in areas that are more meaningful to them.
